What it covers and what it does not
Only a replaced windshield counts. A side window lost to a break-in at a Broadway Boulevard lot, a pickup's sliding rear window or a sunroof are jobs we still take, at the quoted price, but they sit outside the offer.
The first call settles everything else. We read your policy for full glass coverage, and if it is there you hear the amount for your vehicle before we offer a time. If it is missing, you get an ordinary quote and decide from there.

Nothing changes. If we cannot set the glass safely in rain or blowing dust, we move the appointment, and the amount we confirmed still stands under the same terms.
Is a pickup's sliding back window part of it?
No. The offer is for windshield replacement only. We still replace sliders, door glass and sunroofs across the Tucson area.
When is the payment sent?
After the windshield is installed, by Zelle. It is never paid before the work.
